Step by step
What happens to a file in BrokerDash.
-
01
Upload the supporting documents you already hold
Start with the client file as it stands: payslips, bank statements, credit card statements, the expense declaration and any other supporting documents.
There is nothing to re-key and no new forms for your client. BrokerDash works from the documents in the pack.
-
02
BrokerDash reviews the file as one pack
Income, expenses, liabilities and supporting information are reviewed together, not as separate documents. That is how a credit assessor reads a file, and it is where most inconsistencies show up: a payslip that doesn't match the deposits, spending that doesn't match the declaration, a repayment with no loan behind it.
Key findings come back in minutes.

03
Findings surfaced for your review
Each finding says what the documents show and what may need a closer look, with the document behind it. Typical findings cover income evidence, salary packaging, observed versus declared living expenses, liabilities seen in statements and how recent each document is.

You clarify, confirm and prepare the file
Use the findings to ask your client the right questions earlier, confirm supporting information and prepare the file before it goes to the lender.
BrokerDash surfaces insights for broker review. You make every inquiry and every decision, and you stay responsible for understanding your client's circumstances.

Submit a cleaner file, and the data is deleted
The aim is a submission-ready file and fewer deferrals. Borrower workspace data is automatically deleted 12 hours after the workspace is created.

What BrokerDash is not
BrokerDash is pre-lodgement review support. It is not a credit decisioning tool, a servicing calculator or a lender policy engine, and it does not give credit advice. Credit and submission decisions remain with the broker and the lender.
