About BrokerDash
What is BrokerDash?
BrokerDash reviews the payslips, bank and card statements and other supporting documents in a client file, and shows you what they say, what doesn't add up and what to ask, before you submit. It is built for Australian mortgage brokers.
Who is BrokerDash for?
Australian mortgage brokers, and the assistants and processing staff who prepare files with them.
What documents does BrokerDash review?
The supporting documents in a client file: payslips, bank statements, credit card statements, the expense declaration and other supporting documents. See what BrokerDash checks.
Does BrokerDash replace my servicing calculator or lender policy checks?
No. BrokerDash doesn't calculate servicing or apply lender policy. It shows what the documents say, what doesn't add up and what to ask, so the file you take to those steps is cleaner.
Does BrokerDash use AI?
Yes. BrokerDash uses AI and automated processing to read documents and prepare findings. Outputs are indicative and must be reviewed by the broker before they are relied on. Every finding is surfaced for your review.
How long does a review take?
BrokerDash surfaces key findings in minutes. Most of your time goes on reviewing them and following up with your client.
When does BrokerDash launch?
BrokerDash is launching soon. Register your interest and we'll email you when early access opens.
What do early-access organisations get?
Access before public launch, 3 complimentary file reviews, no credit card required, and direct access to the BrokerDash team during evaluation.
Who built BrokerDash?
BrokerDash is built by Steve Labs Pty Ltd in Melbourne, from more than a decade in Australian residential credit. How BrokerDash started.
Pricing
What counts as a file review?
One file review is one client file processed through BrokerDash, regardless of how many supporting documents the file carries.
What if I run out of file reviews mid-month?
Plans renew monthly. If you need more headroom, reach out and we'll discuss the right plan for your workflow. No annual contract required.
Can assistants and processing staff use my plan?
Yes. Growth is designed around broker teams. Review consistency across brokers, assistants and processing staff is one of the core reasons brokerages adopt BrokerDash.
Is BrokerDash a credit decisioning tool?
No. BrokerDash is pre-lodgement workflow support. It surfaces findings from client documents so brokers can review faster and submit cleaner applications. Credit and submission decisions remain with the broker and the lender.
How does the 12-hour data window work?
We deliberately hold borrower information for the shortest time needed to complete a review. Borrower workspace data (uploaded documents, chats and analysis output) is automatically deleted on a 12-hour schedule from workspace creation. If you need to review the file again after deletion, re-upload it and run a new file review (this counts toward your monthly allowance). Account, billing, and audit records are kept separately as described in our Privacy Policy.
Do prices include GST?
Prices are in AUD. BrokerDash is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged. If this changes, we'll give existing customers clear notice before any pricing update.
Your clients' data
Where is my clients' data stored?
In Australia. The BrokerDash application runs on Google Cloud in Sydney, and the database and document storage are with Supabase in Sydney. Document reading and AI analysis run on Google Cloud services configured for the Sydney region.
How long does BrokerDash keep borrower documents?
Borrower workspace data (uploaded documents, chats, analysis output and borrower-identifying session details) is automatically deleted 12 hours after the workspace is created. Account, billing and audit records are kept separately, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Is access to a review recorded?
Yes. Document downloads are logged, and any support access to a review is recorded against a named staff member with a written justification.
Does BrokerDash store passwords?
No. Sign-in is handled by WorkOS. BrokerDash does not store passwords.
Are my clients' documents sold or used for marketing?
No. BrokerDash does not sell personal information and does not use applicant documents for advertising or profiling.
Do I need my client's consent?
Yes. Before uploading client documents you need your client's consent for BrokerDash to process their information for this purpose. The Privacy Policy sets out the detail, and we can provide a supplementary statement to help with your own privacy notices.
What happens if there is a data breach?
We would notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
